Amazon To Ban Players Exploiting New World's Gold Duplication Glitch

Take care

Having enough currency to purchase certain items within New World is something many player's are going to want to prioritize. But, Amazon Games Studios is cracking down on a new glitch that has allowed player's to duplicate their pre-existing gold.

Amazon to ban player's using gold exploit in New World

For those who don't know, there's been a heavily popular glitch that has appeared within New World that has allowed player's to duplicate their amount of gold in their inventory.

Hearing about this glitch, many of you probably tried it out, as why not earn a bit more gold to purchase items via the Auction House or to purchase the elusive house in one of the cities.

However, Amazon has now published a statement where they'll be banning players who're exploring this glitch still.

In a new statement which can be found here, Amazon has noted the following.

"Some players among this small set transferred gold or items while their character was affected. All of these transactions are logged in our database. We are reviewing them now and any players found deliberately using this condition to gain advantage will be banned for exploiting. We will also remove items or gold received where appropriate."

So, it best to halt this glitch if you've been using it to your advantage!
