Multiversus has been the latest high flyer in terms of releases, and with the game being in open-beta as of now, there's been some characters far superior than others.
If you’ve been playing the game, you’ve more than likely faced another player who has a character you don’t have and are wondering how to unlock them.
Here’s how to unlock characters within Multiversus.
Multiversus How To Unlcock Characters
Unlike other titles such as Super Smash Brothers ultimate and Street Fighter, the cast of characters within Multiversus’ isn’t available for you as soon as you enter the game.
Instead, during the open beta stage they’re running a free rotation of characters for you to unlock, along with more chances to earn these fighters.
There’s currently a few ways we’ve figured out how to unlock characters in Multiversus, and they are as follows.
- Spend gold
- As of writing, each character costs around 3000 gold to unlock
- Free rotation
- As the game is in open beta, each week or so a new selection of characters will be ready to play for no charge at all
- Founder’s Edition
- Opting into the more expensive edition of the game will grant you other characters to use
