Best Grav Cold War Loadout And Attachments

GRAVity hits hard

Season 6 of Cold War is now live across all platforms, one of the brand new weapons on offer is the Grav.

The Grav is a full-auto assault rifle featuring an improved range and fast firing capability. It has the fastest bullet velocity in its class with modest damage and modest recoil.

This new iteration of the fan favourite Galil could be the new go to with the right setup.

Here's our recommended loadout for the Grav and the best attachments.

Best Attachments

For the Grav, we need to focus on improving the areas its weakest - that mainly being its recoil.

In general, this weapon is very solid and a great secondary to have in multiplayer.

Here are the best attachments for the Ironhide:

  • Agency Suppressor (Muzzle)
  • 21.3" Task Force (Barrel)
  • Field Agent Grip (Underbarrel)
  • 50 RND (Magazine)
  • Airborne Pistol Grip (Grip)

A lot of users are suggesting the 3x scope, but I don't find it to be as strong in a game like Cold War as it lacks a lot of long range fights for it to be useful and if you need to fight at range there are better options. So I'd swap that for the Airborne Pistol Grip that decreases your ADS speed and reduces the flinch you get when shot back.

The Field Agent Grip is going to reduce the recoil as well which should give you a smooth and usable weapon at range, so the ironsights will do just fine.

Add the 21.3" Task Force Barrel for more damage and a 50 RND mag for sustaining fire and you've got a nice tool that reminds me of the FARA.

Best Class

Primary

This weapon goes fantastically with any SMG or Shotgun - I'd personally like to run it alongside a good shotgun like the .410 Ironhide.

I'd recommend the following attachments:

  • Microflex LED (Optic)
  • Sound Suppressor (Muzzle)
  • 22.3" Reinforced Heavy (Barrel)
  • 7 RND Tube (Magazine)
  • Dropshot Wrap (Handle)

Lethal And Tactical

I always believe this comes down to personal preference. But I would go with a Semtex and Stimshot. The Stimshot is good for those that like to be more mobile and it gives you some relief after a hairy fight.

Field Upgrade

The Field Mic is the optimal choice for this loadout giving you intel on enemy locations. Set up to cover your flank or near walls to get an idea of where enemies are coming from.

Perks

Perk Greed is the Wildcard I would pick and my perk choices would be Flak Jacket, Tactical Mask, Tracker, Gearhead, Ghost and Ninja.
