SMOOTH, MAGNETIC PADDLES

Two magnetic paddle shifters allow you to glide through the gears in any vehicle, with smooth, reliable shifting. Plus, two additional analog paddles with magnetic hall effect sensors provide precise clutch and handbrake control.

CUSTOMIZABLE PEDAL SET

The fully adjustable aluminum pedal set can be adapted to the type of car you are using for ultimate racing immersion. Fine tune the throttle, brake and clutch pedal resistance and throw distance to match your preferred car. Plus, an integrated clutch pedal is ideal for stick shift driving. or if you prefer to use the clutch paddles on the wheel, the clutch pedal can be lowered and the brake pedal can be adjusted left-to-right to give more space between brake and throttle control.

The detachable VelocityOne® Control Unit™ (VCU) provides easy access to critical car systems and setting adjustments. How do I mount a racing wheel to my desk or sim rig?

Mounting options matter a lot in sim racing. An unstable wheel kills immersion and precision. The VelocityOne Race includes a low-profile mounting clamp for desk attachment, adhesive rubber pads on the pedal base to prevent sliding, and pre-drilled holes with included screws for permanent sim rig integration. Whether you're playing from a couch setup, a standard desk, or a dedicated racing frame, there's a mounting solution included.

What is a load cell brake pedal, and why does it improve sim racing?

A load cell brake pedal measures braking force by how hard you press, not by how far the pedal travels. This mirrors how real car brakes work and allows for much more precise, repeatable braking points compared to standard potentiometer-based pedals. The VelocityOne Race's Dynamic BrakeTek uses this load-cell technology to deliver realistic pedal feel and gives sim racers the consistency they need at competitive speeds.

Can I adjust pedal resistance and travel distance?

Yes. Pedal customization is a key differentiator in any serious sim racing setup. The VelocityOne Race lets you fine-tune throttle, brake, and clutch pedal resistance as well as throw distance to match different car types and driving styles. The clutch pedal can also be lowered out of the way entirely for those who prefer paddle shifters or automatic transmission.

Do I need an app to use the VelocityOne Race?

No app is required to use the VelocityOne Race out of the box. However, downloading the Tuner App for XBOX, PC, or mobile is highly recommended because it unlocks full access to calibration, force feedback tuning, firmware updates, and expansion content for the wheel and pedals.

What is the VelocityOne Control Unit (VCU) and what does it control?

The VCU is the dashboard-style control panel built into the VelocityOne Race wheel. It gives you quick in-session access to critical car adjustments including brake mapping, car lighting, and force feedback strength. The VCU features 6 buttons, 5 latched toggle switches, and 3 rotary dials, replicating the kind of controls found in real motorsport steering wheels for an authentic sim racing experience.
