As of now, there's currently one way to fast travel, and this method has been a constant over the years in Stalker.
Once in the local town of the area, you're going to want to head over towards the 'Guide' and talk to them. They'll ask if you need to head anywhere else, and this is where you can spend some coupons in order to travel to previously discovered cities.
