League of Legends Patch 25.21: All Champion Changes and More

We’re well underway into the 15th season of League of Legends, and all this said, it doesn’t appear Riot is going to stop anytime soon with the patches.

Now, the full patch release calendar is here, and the next patch on the slate is 25.21. 

Here's all of the changes coming thus far. 

League of Legends Patch 25.21: All Champion Changes and More

The next League of Legends patch is going to change up quite a few champions, alongside changing other elements of the game, as is the case with most LoL patches.

While these changes are going to be exciting, you’re going to want to be in the know what's coming. 

Below is what we know so far.

Ezreal


Graves

  • Base Magic Resistance reduced 32 >>> 30

  • Magic Resistance per level reduced 2.05 >>> 1.3

  • [E] Quickdraw now grants 2/3.5/5/6.5/8 Magic Resistance per True Grit stack (16/28/40/52/64 Magic Resistance at maximum True Grit stacks)


Kalista


Yone

"Yone has been a little worse for wear for regular players and DShield Second Wind was the main thing that was keeping him up

With those items being nerfed, we're buffing Yone up a bit"


Yunara

"While Yunara has still been relatively popular in higher levels of play on her current tuning, we're wanting to embrace some of the parts of her kit that are a little underwhelming

The changes this patch attempt to try to make W max 2nd a more reasonable way to play her that makes her a bit less binary

Secondly, we're changing E from being a decaying movespeed buff to be static

Both of these changes are intended to make her a little easier to play, while still keeping the top end pop off moments that she's known for"

  • [W/R-W] Arc of Judgment/Arc of Ruin adjustments:

    • Initial damage adjusted 5/30/55/80/105 (+85% total AD) (+50% AP) >>> 60/95/130/165/200 (+90% bonus AD) (+50% AP)

    • Linger damage per tick adjusted 1.25/5/8.75/12.5/16.25 (+10% total AD) (+6.25% AP) >>> 8.25/13.0625/17.875/22.6875/27.5 (+12.375% bonus AD) (+6.875% AP)

    • [R-W] Transcendent State - Arc of Ruin damage increased 50/200/350 (+175% total AD) (+75% AP) >>> 175/350/525 (based on [R] Transcend One's Self's rank) (+150% bonus AD) (+75% AP)

  • [E] Kanmei's Steps bonus Move Speed no longer decays over 1.5 seconds

Qiyana (Jungle & Mid)

"Qiyana has still been posting a bit too strong numbers in Elite in both Jungle and Mid, so we're tapping her down a bit more (Jungle especially more so)"


Quinn-dalyn

"We acknowledge that this is probably going to require some follow up adjustments to Top lane lane dominant champions, and we're starting with a pre-emptive nerf to Quinn"

"Despite our best efforts, our Gwen changes haven't had the effect we desired

So we're going to be reverting the vast majority of the Gwen changes

We wanted to apologize for the Gwen community for the whiplash over the changes"


Skar-Skar-Skarner

"This patch seeks to make Mid lane in particular a bit more interactive through nerfs to second wind, dorans shield, a small nerf to Catalyst (we still like it being strong as a situational option for typically immobile mages to hold off Assassins/Skirmishers)

We wanted to be cautious as these changes would have wide ranging impacts for the playoffs metas and so feel more comfortable making these changes now"

Second Wind

  • HP regeneration reduced 3 (+4% missing HP) >>> 0 (+4% missing HP) over 10 seconds

Starting Items

  • Doran's Blade changes:

    • Life Steal removed 3% >>> 0%

    • Life Draining passive added: Heals 2.5% of damage dealt, reduced to 33% for AoE and pet damage.

  • Doran's Ring changes:

    • Restoration removed

    • Drain passive added: Restore 1 mana per second, increased to 2 for 5 seconds after damaging a champ. Restores 45% of this as HP if manaless or full mana.

  • Doran's Shield - Enduring Focus bonus HP regeneration per second reduced 0-5.625 >>> 0-5 (based on 0-75% missing HP) (heal over 8 seconds reduced 0-45 >>> 0-40)
