War is going to be a big factor within the game, as this is how you're going to gain territory throughout the land, and you'll want to know how too.
Once you're ready for war, head into the map and go to the faction you want to battle against. There's going to be some options here, but you're going to want to select 'Delegations' and hit 'Surprise War.'
While some factions won't be pleased with this decision, you'll be on your way to battle.
