The First Descendant offers a ton of gameplay mechanics that we've seen in the past, and some that are going to be drastically unique to this title. 

The ability to cross-save would be excellent for those wanting to play a bit at their desk on their PC, and then move over to their PS5 on the couch. 

Thankfully, yes, The First Descendant does offer full cross-save and cross-progression for players looking to take advantage of this. 

Furthermore, it also offers cross-play itself, so you won't have any issue playing with your friends on different platforms.
