The Warzone Battle Royale game mode for Call of Duty: Warzone has taken over the video game world with its adrenaline-fueled and entertaining gameplay. One of the unique aspects of Call of Duty: Warzone is the ability for players to use custom loadouts they have created by either finding or calling in Loadout Drops. These Loadout Drops allow players to equip their characters with loadouts they would typically find in multiplayer or Spec Ops to give them greater firepower to help them defeat their enemies. With the importance of these drops in mind, we have broken down the best loadout players would be wise to utilize when they are jumping into Call of Duty: Warzone.

One of the unique aspects of Call of Duty: Warzone is the ability for players to use custom loadouts they have created by either finding or calling in Loadout Drops.

Perks

One of the most potent bonuses that using a custom loadout gives players in Call of Duty: Warzone is the ability to get perks. Loadout Drops are the only way to get perks in Call of Duty: Warzone, so players must make sure to have the right ones equipped to take full advantage of them on the battlefield. We recommend the following three perks, thanks to their abilities being the most useful for a Battle Royale environment.

  • Cold-Blooded – Undetectable by AI targeting systems and thermal optic.
  • Overkill – Carry two primary weapons.
  • Tracker – Enemies leave behind a footprint trail. See markers at enemy death locations and hide the death markers of enemies you kill.

Thermal Optics are very popular among players in spotting enemies in the environment at long distances easier, so Cold-Blooded helps combat this popularity of thermal optics. Having the ability to take on enemies at long distances is extremely helpful in this Battle Royale, which is why Overkill is a necessary perk thanks to it, allowing you to have a custom sniper and fully automatic weapon in your inventory. Tracker gives you the ability to see where enemy players have been, which can alert you to potential ambushes or allow you to perform a sneak attack on an unsuspecting enemy.

Call of Duty: Warzone players would also be wise to create a loadout that has the Ghost perk equipped with Cold-Blooded and Tracker. You can then equip this class at one of the drops and pick up the two weapons you had thanks to the Overkill perk from your first loadout. The reasoning for wanting to obtain the Ghost perk is that it makes you undetectable by UAVs, Radar Drones, and Heartbeat Sensors and will allow you to use even more stealth when making your away around the map of Call of Duty: Warzone.

Thermal Optics are very popular among players in spotting enemies in the environment at long distances easier, so Cold-Blooded helps combat this popularity of thermal optics.

Weapons

Your weapon choices will significantly affect how successful you are when playing Call of Duty: Warzone. A loadout that provides the ability for players to engage in both close-quarter and long-distance fights with confidence that they will come out victorious. Two weapons that provide this optimal mix are the M4A1 assault rifle and the HDR Sniper Rifle. However, you will need to make sure you have attachments on these weapons that maximize their effectiveness in the different kinds of combat situations you may find yourself in. Attachments that increase your damage range, damage output, aiming stability, recoil control, and aim down sight speed are very beneficial in making your weapons the best they can be for this Battle Royale.
